VTuber can be used for commercial purposes in all cases. In case of using it for novels, games, or etc, please discuss the terms first.

Payment

  • Payment through Paypal only, in USD currency

  • Commercial use x2 from personal total price

  • Commission Custom : Pay the full amount when confirming the work during the Line art/Flat coloring process.

  • Commission Surprise me (Skeb) : Pay the amount before starting the work.

  • Adoptable : Payment must be done within 48 hours, then we will send you the files

  • No refunds, only serious buy.

  • Installment payment within 1 week only if the amount is up to 250+ usd (You will receive the work file only after the payment is complete.)

  • If you want Rush order, I can't accept Rush order commission.

Personal use

1. Commission, Custom, Adoptable will be used in the sample work. And posting work on various social platforms of moonthamin with a watermark before posting If it's not convenient, please let me know.
Option 1 : Not while WIP but final work is OK.
Option 2 : NDA required (Privacy fee) : +$50)2. All my works, personal or commercial, are NOT permitted to be sold in NFT or turn into crypto arts. NO AI3. You can edit 40% of the design.4. You are free to decide the name and details.5. Credit is not compulsory but appreciated. (moonthamin) But when posting the original work or the first new drawing, please include the credit (moonthamin)
If there is a toyhouse, please include the credit moonthamin (Onsite)6. Do not claim the design or artwork as yours.7. Your own artwork must not be added to the price when resell.8. Both commercial and non-commercial use. When resold, cannot be resold at a higher price than the purchase price (can add a commission fee)9. Report back to me if the ownership changes.

Commercial use

1. Same as Personal use
2. Do not resell higher than the price bought
